By accessing or using the services of Gator Creek Armory, you agree to the following terms:
1. Compliance with Laws:
All firearm sales and transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Customers must complete 4473 and pass applicable background checks.
2. Eligibility:
Customers must be United States citizen and possess a valid government-issued identification.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment for services is due at the time of transfer unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include cash, USPS money order and approved electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Refunds:
All sales are final, no refunds.
5. Acceptable Use:
Customers agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to engage in illegal firearm purchases
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to conduct a straw purchase
- Harassment or abusive behavior
Consequences of Violations:
If any prohibited behavior is suspected or identified, Gator Creek Armory reserves the right to:
- Immediately refuse or cancel the transaction
- Retain any applicable service fees
- Deny future service to the individual
- Report suspicious or illegal activity to law enforcement or appropriate regulatory authorities
- Cooperate fully with any investigation related to such activity
Gator Creek Armory maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or non-compliant behavior.
6. Refusal of Service:
Gator Creek Armory reserves the right to refuse service for any transaction that appears unlawful, unsafe, or non-compliant.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Gator Creek Armory and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability:
Gator Creek Armory is not liable for:
- Denied background checks
- Delays caused by third-party sellers or shipping carriers
- Manufacturer defects or issues with firearms purchased through third parties
- Misuse of firearms after transfer
All services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Governing Law:
In Florida, you must be at least 21 years old, meet residency and eligibility requirements, pass a background check, and observe a mandatory waiting period of 3 days to legally purchase a firearm.
Federal and state laws prohibit certain individuals from purchasing or possessing firearms. Disqualifications include:
Convicted felons or fugitives from justice.
Individuals under indictment for a felony.
Persons dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Force.
Unlawful users of controlled substances
Individuals with active domestic violence injunctions or misdemeanor domestic violence convictions.
Those adjudicated mentally defective or involuntarily committed to a mental institution.
11. Changes to Terms:
Gator Creek Armory reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All transfer fees are non-refundable once the background check process has been initiated.
If a firearm is denied or cannot be transferred, the customer is responsible for return shipping or transfer back to the original seller.
Firearms purchased through third-party sellers must follow that seller’s return policy. Gator Creek Armory does not issue refunds for firearms.
Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Gator Creek Armory.
REFUND POLICY
Firearms:
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with federal and state laws.
Outbound Transfers:
If shipping a firearm on behalf of a customer, the receiving FFL must be verified prior to shipment.
Processing Time:
Shipments are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receiving all required documentation and payment.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer or sender unless otherwise agreed.
Compliance:
All shipments are conducted in compliance with applicable carrier and legal requirements.
